Gmr Transcription Service Adds Transcription Supervisor to Its Payroll to Improve Transcription Quality and Client Satisfaction

Irvine, CA, May 11 2007…GMR Transcription Service, an Irvine, CA based affordable transcription service provider, announced the addition of Joyce Warran for its newly created position of Transcription Supervisor.

Joyce will be responsible for managing the workload of the rapidly growing (close to 50) US and Canada-based transcriptionists working for GMR Transcription, quality control of transcripts for its increasing number of clients and for assuring the on-time delivery of every project that GMR Transcription undertakes. Joyce will also communicate with our clients to ensure everything runs smoothly and will help them understand our system and services.

Joyce is a transcription services veteran with ten (10) years of experience as a typist, supervisor and business owner. Her accomplishments include:

• Eight (8) certifications in the business field, including business management, grammar and others
• Supervised a secretarial pool
• Business owner for five years prior to working from home as a freelance transcriptionist
• Transcriptionist and QA (Quality Assurance) for five years
• Interest in computers and has built computers, along with her husband, as a hobby
• Certification in MS Word and other Office programs
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented
